Hello, I’m Jessica Bonnette Phillips, founder of Timeless Touch Home Care LLC.

For as long as I can remember, caring for others has been part of who I am. I truly believe caregiving has been my calling since I was five years old. Even as a child, I naturally gravitated toward helping others, offering comfort, and making people feel safe, valued, and loved. That passion has stayed with me throughout my life and has grown into more than 16 years of professional caregiving experience.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of caring for seniors and individuals with a wide variety of needs. I believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, patience, and respect while maintaining as much independence as possible in the comfort of their own home. My philosophy has always been simple: to care for every client as if they were my own family.

My personal journey has shaped the caregiver and person I am today. At 34 years old, I became a widow after losing my first husband. Walking through grief taught me the value of compassion, empathy, and simply being present for someone during life’s most difficult moments. While it was one of the hardest chapters of my life, it strengthened my faith, deepened my compassion, and reminded me that even in our darkest moments, hope and healing are possible.

Today, I am grateful to be remarried and blessed with a beautiful blended family of four children. My husband proudly serves in the military, and watching my son complete military boot camp has been one of the proudest moments of my life. Living in a military family has deepened my appreciation for service, sacrifice, resilience, and the importance of supporting others through every season of life.
